This page explains how Wiretide Pro is delivered, and how refunds, returns and cancellations work. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record.

Refund Policy

• All Wiretide Pro purchases, including renewals, come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, for any reason.
• To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address you bought with or your order number.
• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
• Once refunded, the license key is deactivated and the app goes back to the free version. Your captured traffic and saved sessions stay on your Mac.

Delivery Policy

• Wiretide Pro is a digital product. Your license key and download link are emailed to you right after purchase.
• The license is perpetual and includes 12 months of updates.
• It is a one-time payment, with no recurring charges and no automatic renewal.

Return Policy

• As a digital product, Wiretide Pro can't be physically returned. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy above.
• If something isn't working, please email us first. Capturing and inspecting traffic is free, so you can also check that Wiretide works with your setup before you buy.

Cancellation Policy

• Wiretide Pro is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. To undo a purchase, request a refund within 7 days.
• For duplicate orders, team purchases or other special cases, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
