By accessing wiretide.app (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you. If you don't agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Website. The materials on the Website are protected by copyright and trademark law. Use of the Wiretide app itself is covered by the End-User License Agreement.

2. Use License

You may view and download the materials on the Website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not modify or copy the materials for commercial use, remove any copyright or other notices from them, or mirror them on another server. This license ends automatically if you break any of these restrictions.

The materials on the Website are provided "as is". Wiretide makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Wiretide be liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit, or damages due to business interruption, arising out of the use of or inability to use the materials on the Website, even if Wiretide has been told such damage is possible. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

The materials on the Website may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. Wiretide does not promise that any of them are accurate, complete or current, and may change them at any time without notice.

6. Purchases

Wiretide Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Its buyer terms apply to your purchase. Refunds, delivery and cancellations are described in our Fulfillment Policy.

7. Links

Wiretide has not reviewed every site linked from the Website and is not responsible for their content. A link does not mean Wiretide endorses the site. You use any linked website at your own risk.

8. Modifications

Wiretide may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the version in effect at the time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts, except where the consumer protection laws of the country you live in say otherwise.
